Master Suite
This Master Suite is one of a kind with a custom-carved marble fireplace by Jeremy Morrelli with a TV inset, separate sitting area, ornate columns, opulent gold leaf lighting, art niche and a Moroccan doorway which leads to the closets and bathroom.
The Master Bathroom features a hand-painted fantasy mermaid dome by artist Liza Whitaker with shells and sea fans, large soaking bathtub and stunning onyx slab steam shower with three shower heads and sprayer. The soaking bath tub is surrounded by mosaic tile and onyx. The counters and baseboards are onyx with a built-in vanity area and pull-out toiletry racks.
The Master Closet features a 3-Way floor to ceiling mirror, extensive built-in shoe storage, large his and hers walk in closets, extensive custom cabinetry matching the design of the Master Bath.
The Master Sitting Area offers a private balcony and a spiral staircase that leads to the terrace and spa.
Upstairs Bedrooms
The girl’s bedroom features a private 2nd floor balcony, ensuite bathroom with a rare green marble tile, chartreuse glass tile and hand painted embellishments. Close exit to grade.
The boy’s bedroom features a private alcove, extensive built-in cabinetry and shelving, ensuite bathroom with ceiling to floor waterworks beveled tile, stunning rare blue Brazilian granite on countertops. and bench in shower. Close exit to grade.
Bedroom 1, 2, 3 & Massage Room
Guest Bedroom 1 (Florence Room), features blackout drapes, carved cabinetry, murano glass lighting and motion closet light.
Guest Bedroom 2 (Rome Room) features walkout tilt and turn doors that lead to outside terrace, blackout drapes and motion closet light.
Guest Bedroom 3 (Venice Room) is a large master guest suite with tilt-and-turn doors that lead to the outside terrace. The room features his-and-her sinks, large marble mosaic design shower, white Italian tile flooring, radiant heated floors in bedroom and bathroom, a large walk-in closet with 17 feet of clothing rods, 55 feet of shelving space and motion closet light.
The Massage Room is currently being used as an additional children’s guest bedroom with two twin beds.
Griffin Entry Bathroom
The Griffin Entry Bathroom features a beautiful custom-painted griffin vanity from the Chicago Merchandise Mart. The platinum rim sink and fixtures are by Sherle Wagner Chicago Merchandise Mart. The molding is a griffin design highlighted with hand-painted matte silver. Walls are Modern Masters and windows covered with a custom window treatment.
