The spectacular Theater door was designed by Jeremy Morrelli. The Theater features three-tiered seating and a curved stage. Enjoy watching your favorite team, film, or private performance from the custom leather seating.  The unique carpet is a non-toxic wool carpet from England and Art Nouveau sconces line the room. 

 

The racked whole-house AV equipment and projection system were recently upgraded. The lighting was designed by a 186-Lighting designer who also designed the lighting for the Buell in Denver. An offstage dressing and costume room with remote control lighting and a separate door will keep the kids entertained for hours.

The wrap-around bar with an amazing granite bar top offers a large entertaining space. It contains two televisions, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher, a KitchenAid warming drawer, a Sharp microwave, a Uline white wine refrigerator and plenty of cabinet storage. 

 

The bar is conveniently located next to the Wine Cellar which houses in excess of 1,000 bottles.  These bottles are stored in diamond binds, individual vertical slots and an oak wine barrel look. The flooring is crafted tile from New Mexico.  The cellar was designed by Captain Vino.

The Recreation room offers wide open space, built-in cabinets for the big screen TV and custom cabinetry for storage.
