Villa Toscana’s planning and design work was a decade in creation, and over two years in build.  Architect Sears Barrett positioned the home to maximize passive solar efficiency and the natural environment. William Godley, Chicago interior designer, designed this masterpiece with influences from around the world.  Artisans and materials were sourced worldwide and every detail received meticulous attention. Non-toxic materials were used.
